Position Overview: Foreman / Crew Leader
As a Foreman, you will be responsible for:
- Leading crews on residential construction projects
- Ensuring jobs are completed on schedule and to quality standards
- Coordinating daily tasks and workflow
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Communicating effectively with management and crew members
- Solving problems in the field and making sound decisions
- Setting the tone for professionalism and work ethic on site

Work Location
- Field work on client projects throughout the Thumb Area (Huron and Tuscola areas mainly)
Requirements
- No college degree or certification required
- Construction experience required (leadership experience preferred)
- Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Must have a tool belt equipped with standard hand tools
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
- Comfortable with ladders, heights, and physical work
- Strong communication skills
