We are seeking an energetic, polished, and patient-focused Clinical Assistant who is passionate about health, wellness, and helping patients look and feel their best.
This is not a traditional medical office role. We are building a high-performance team dedicated to delivering an exceptional luxury patient experience while helping individuals optimize their health, confidence, and longevity.
What You’ll Do
As a Clinical Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting providers, enhancing the patient journey, and ensuring smooth daily operations within our innovative wellness practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting providers with patient visits, procedures, and treatments
- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment
- Supporting services related to hormone optimization, peptide therapy, IV therapy, and medical aesthetics
- Performing patient intake, vitals, documentation, and coordination of care
- Educating patients on wellness programs, treatment plans, supplements, and skincare products
- Creating a warm, welcoming, concierge-level patient experience
- Assisting with inventory management, supplies, and clinical operations
- Supporting front office workflow and patient scheduling as needed
- Building strong relationships with patients and contributing to long-term patient retention

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical office, wellness clinic, med spa, or aesthetic practice preferred
- Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required for the right candidate
- Experience with injections, IV therapy, aesthetics, or hormone therapy is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- EMR experience preferred
- Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion with patients at all times
