Head of Operations
Salary: $75,000–$85,000 + Performance Bonus
Job Summary
We're looking for an entrepreneurial, tech-savvy operations leader to become the Founder's right hand and help scale a fast-growing healthcare organization.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, improving processes, leveraging technology, and helping grow a business. You'll oversee daily operations while helping drive growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the Founder to oversee daily business operations.
- Manage recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, payroll, and independent contractor operations.
- Improve workflows, SOPs, and operational processes.
- Leverage technology, automation, and AI to improve efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support business development, networking, and referral partnerships.
- Ensure an exceptional experience for clients and caregivers.
- Lead special projects and help scale the business.
- Travel to New York approximately once per month, as needed.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, business management, project management, or a similar leadership role.
- Healthcare, home care, or home health experience strongly preferred.
- Experience as a Branch Administrator, Operations Manager, Practice Manager, or similar role is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy with an interest in AI, automation, and process improvement.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
