Do you love talking to people just as much as tearing down a device? This is the role for you. We're looking for someone who gets genuine satisfaction from solving a customer's problem — and from earning more when they do it well.
You'll be the face of our store, the expert in the back, and the reason customers come back again. This isn't a heads-down repair job. Every interaction is a chance to serve, solve, and grow — and your compensation reflects how well you do all three.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and repair devices — phones, tablets, computers. You own the repair from intake to handoff, and you take pride in doing it right.
- Engage every customer — not just check them in. Assess their full situation, explain what's wrong in plain language, and recommend solutions that genuinely help.
- Protect and upsell — become an expert in our protection plans and tech support solutions, and offer them in a way that feels natural, not pushy.
- Own the experience — you are the reason a customer gives us 5 stars, refers their family, and calls us first next time.
- Maintain turnaround times — prioritize repairs to keep the workflow moving and customers informed throughout the process.
- Document everything — capture all repair notes and customer details thoroughly and accurately in our system.

Compensation & Benefits:
Base hourly pay: $15 – $18 per hour
Commission & performance bonuses ($200-$400/month)
