Job Description:
The title of this position at JJ&S is Lead Tech or Superintendent, and not Supervisor. This position is not a management or supervisory role. Individuals in this role do not have authority to hire, fire, promote, discipline, set pay, or make employment decisions for other employees. All employment-related decisions are made by designated managers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure on-time and profitable delivery of scope in assigned projects
- Ensure thorough documentation of assigned projects' progress
- Ensure stakeholder satisfaction in projects assigned
Knowledge, skills, abilities required
- At least 1 year of experience
- Team player
- Ability to communicate with homeowners
- Ability to escalate problems when appropriate
- A commitment to maintain high-quality standards
- Strong attendance record
- Accountable
- Must be in good physical condition - Job includes lifting, pushing, pulling heavy objects of 50lbs
- Repetitive bending, kneeling, squatting
- Climbing ladders and working at heights
- Prolonged standing and walking
