Responsibilities
- Implement developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans for Preschool students.
- Manage classroom dynamics and ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive and engaging learning experience.
- Stay current on best practices in early childhood education to enhance teaching strategies.
- Maintain a clean and organized classro om.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of classroom experience
- Early childhood education background or certification preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with young children
- Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Experience in behavior management and early intervention techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour
