Ocatve is seeking a Project Accountanting Analyst to monitor the financial health of customer software implementation projects, from project setup through project close, working with project managers and providing meaningful analysis to business unit leaders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain time & materials, fixed price and fixed price recurring revenue projects in Dynamics GP system once contracts are awarded.
Requires partnership with Services Project Managers as well as interaction with proposals, legal and other organizations.
- Ensure projects adhere to contract language, track project amendment documentation, record revenue and produce project billings.
- Perform technical support including budget review, cost analysis, pricing and margin analysis, and change in scope impact analysis.
- Communicate any issues, problems or additional information to project managers, project stakeholders, and executive management and recommend solutions.
- Administer projects from initial acceptance to final close out
- Strong communication and analytical skills are desired
