Junior Business Developer - Job Description
Reports to: COO and Business Developers
Location: Las Vegas metro + greater area
Compensation: $17-$23/hour
Role Summary
The Junior Business Developer supports the Business Development team by helping build and strengthen client relationships, coordinating marketing initiatives, and ensuring business development activities are executed professionally. This position serves as the primary support role for senior Business Developers while developing the skills necessary to eventually advance into a Business Developer position.
This role is highly visible and client-facing. The Junior Business Developer represents Center Cut at meetings, networking events, property visits, trade shows, and industry functions. The ideal candidate is outgoing, polished, organized, dependable, and eager to learn sales and relationship management.
What You’ll DoBusiness Development Support
- Assist Business Developers with prospecting activities and research.
- Research potential clients, properties, ownership information, and decision makers.
- Help maintain and organize the sales pipeline and CRM.
- Prepare proposal packages and deliver proposals to prospective clients.
- Coordinate follow-up activities after meetings and presentations.
- Schedule client meetings, lunches, property walks, and networking events.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, meetings, and opportunities.
Client Relationship Development
- Attend client lunches, networking events, trade shows, and industry association meetings.
- Begin developing relationships with property managers, facility managers, engineers, and industry partners.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing Center Cut professionally.
- Assist in planning appreciation events and client entertainment.
Marketing & Brand Support
- Take professional photos and videos of completed projects, crews, and properties.
- Assist with social media content creation and posting.
- Help maintain marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
- Coordinate company participation in trade shows and community events.
- Manage company swag inventory and promotional giveaways.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate proposal deliveries.
- Organize client information and project photos.
- Assist with CRM updates.
- Help prepare presentation materials.
- Track event attendance and marketing activities.
- Coordinate memberships with industry organizations (BOMA, IREM, NAIOP, CAI, etc.).
Qualifications

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar marketing software is preferred.
- Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Photography or videography experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required.
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
