Job Duties:
- Specialty: primarily residential, some light commercial
- Service new and existing plumbing systems, including routine maintenance, testing/diagnostics, and repairs
- Drain, Waste, and Vent cleaning and repairs
- Communicate with customers, team members, and management with professionalism and clarity
- Successfully complete service calls in a timely manner and with a constant focus on customer care
- Clearly and thoroughly complete all necessary documentation of each job upon completion
- Join the on-call rotation.
- Actively participate in company-provided and external professional development meetings and trainings
- Maintain clean presentation of self and company-provided vehicle
- Use and maintain related tools and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
- Respond to emergency calls related to spills, leaks, and other hazards.
- Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this. Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience with Boiler and Hydronic Systems are a bonus!
Requirements / Experience / Qualifications:
- Minimum years of education required: high school diploma/GED
- Minimum years in the trade: 5 Years
- Plumbing License
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to exceed customer expectations
- Understanding of safety best practices for each job
- Ability to train helpers/apprentices and work as a team
- Possess valid driver's license with clean, insurable driving record
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Work at heights and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Must have a high level of thoroughness in performing work and a high attention to detail and accuracy
- Possess strong skills in organizing, executing, and documenting work.
