Now hiring for a Host/Hostess!
Greet guests warmly, manage reservations and walk-ins via Yelp Guest Manager, handle phone calls, take to-go orders, and process hotel room charges. Ensure prompt seating and smooth dining flow by coordinating with FOH staff. Provide menus, answer questions, and complete POS (Oracle Micros) tasks (tip entry, close out checks, shift final reports). Japanese restaurant work exprerience plus.
Qualifications
- POS experience, Micros POS a plus
- Food handling and food safety knowledge
- Previous restaurant experience, preferably in fine dining, knowledge of Asian cuisine required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and familiarity with cash register operations
Currently hiring day shifts: Sunday–Saturday, 11:00 AM–2:30 PM
Dinner shifts: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 5:30 PM–9:30 PM
