AJ Associates Mfg. & Eng. Co. Inc. is looking for an experienced CNC mill and lathe machinist to work as a lead to help troubleshoot and guide all operators on 2nd shift. - Strong experience in full array of CNC mill responsibilities
- Ability to work well with others, train, mentor, and assist with problem.
- Work directly with engineering.
- Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve, and work independently.
- Fanuc Controls - 3 through 5 Axis Mills - Doosan and Haas Machines
- Materials: Aluminum, titanium, alloy steels, stainless steels
- Critical parts, tight tolerances, complex fixtures
- Die forgings and castings
- GD&T knowledge and excellent blueprint reading skills
- Ability to machine fixtures to prints
- Self motivation and critical thinking skills
- Detail oriented and organized
*Experience Required* - Minimum 5 years in the industry.
