- Albany
- Corvallis
- Eugene & South Valley
Applicants should live within or near the territory they wish to manage.
No Experience Necessary
We will train the right candidates.
Former homemakers, stay-at-home parents returning to the workforce, veterans, retirees, and individuals with strong organizational or customer service skills are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily cleaning operations
- Coordinate employee schedules
- Perform quality-control inspections
- Communicate with customers
- Assist with hiring and training
- Help grow operations within your assigned territory
- Maintain company standards and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Reliable vehicle in good running condition
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to securely store company cleaning equipment indoors after business hours
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
