Responsibilities
- Make incoming/outgoing calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build relationships with customer through open and interactive communication
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
- Be a nice person who thrives in a fun, fast paced, team oriented environment
- NO prior finance experience needed! We have a very dialed in training program!
