The Role
We're hiring a Commercial Broker to drive leasing and sales activity across office, Life Sciences, and industrial properties in the St. Louis metro. This is a revenue-generating role with real autonomy. You'll build and manage client relationships, source and close transactions, and represent LCG in one of the most dynamic local markets in the Midwest.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop relationships with tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers across office, Life Sciences, and industrial sectors
- Lead lease and sale transactions from initial contact through closing
- Conduct property tours, prepare proposals, and negotiate deal terms
- Collaborate with LCG's advisory, asset management, and development teams on cross-service opportunities
- Maintain an active pipeline and report deal activity to leadership
- Represent LCG at industry events and in the local brokerage community
Qualifications
- Active Missouri real estate license (preferred)
- 2+ years of commercial real estate brokerage experience with demonstrated transaction volume
- Working knowledge of office, Life Sciences, and/or industrial markets in the St. Louis metro
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Self-starter who can manage a pipeline independently and ask for help when it matters
- Familiarity with CoStar, LoopNet, or similar platforms
Compensation
Commission-based with competitive splits. Structure is transparent and tied to performance.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
