LGC Valley, Inc. is seeking a California registered Engineering Geologist (CEG) to join our Valencia or Irvine, California Office for work in the geotechnical engineering field. The bulk of the work will be located within southern California.
The candidate must be willing to perform a wide range of tasks both in the office and in the field, but collecting and reviewing geologic data and managing complex geotechnical projects will be the primary workload. A focus on comprehensive field experience is highly rated.
For the workload we have, we will expect the ideal candidate to have experience with landslide investigations and review, fault investigation and review, and overseeing mass grading projects including the proper execution of geo-engineering design. Due diligence reviews, creating budgets and managing both personnel and project costs will also be expected.
