IRC Tennis Club is a vibrant, inclusive tennis community committed to developing players of all ages and skill levels. We’re looking for an energetic and passionate Tennis Coach to join our coaching team for group lessons, private training, and adult clinics. If you're excited about fostering talent in a supportive, well-equipped environment, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist in group classes, private coaching sessions, and adult tennis clinics
- Create dynamic lesson plans tailored to different levels
- Foster a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Provide feedback and track player development
- Assist with seasonal programs and tournaments if needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a tennis coach or instructor
- USTA or PTR Certification (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed
- Passion for teaching and growing the sport

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
