All For One Group, Inc. is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to support our partnership with AT&T and help connect customers with telecommunications solutions that fit their needs. This is a customer-facing role designed for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and developing professional sales skills. No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement based on performance.
As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will meet directly with customers, answer questions about available services, explain current promotions, and help customers make informed decisions. If you're motivated, coachable, and looking for a career with growth potential, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Representative
- Meet with customers to discuss available AT&T products and services.
- Listen to customer concerns about their current internet service and introduce AT&T Fiber as a simple, high-performance solution.
- Educate customers on available promotions and service options.
- Clarify customer concerns, such as contract terms or installation processes, with explanations.
- Assist customers through the enrollment and account setup process
- Foster ongoing sales relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage them to advocate for AT&T Fiber.
Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Representative
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong interest in sales or customer service is a bonus.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and achieving excellence in sales.
- A genuine interest in promoting AT&T Fiber’s high-performance internet.
- Outstanding ability to create sales interactions focused on AT&T Fiber’s solutions.
Pay: $58,993.82 - $71,046.32 per year
