As a commercial cleaning associate, you will be an essential part of our team that maintains cleanliness and hygiene in our customer's facilities. You'll follow our training and schedule to perform a variety of cleaning tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, etc..
This position is for cleaning at 2 of our customer locations that are about 10 minutes apart in driving distance in the south St. Louis area. The position will require driving from 1 location to the other while on the clock so you must have consistent transportation for this.
Monday through Friday for 5 to 5.5 hours each day, starting between 3:30 and 5 pm. You'll choose your start time in this window when your employment starts and stay with this start time throughout your employment with us.
REQUIRED
- Must be able to walk 3-5 miles per shift and go up 3 flights of stairs 4 times per shift.
- Must be physically fit. This position is physically demanding and will require significant lifting & bending for taking out trash, mopping and using a heavy battery operated back pack vacuum.
- Must be able to be on feet for entire shift and carry/lift 30 pounds.
- CONSISTENT AVAILABILITY IS CRUCIAL so you must have backup plans in place when personal emergencies arise.
