Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Assisted Living

Pay: $28.00–$35.47/hour
Shift: This position includes a combination of day and evening shifts, rotating between 6:00 AM–2:30 PM and 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care
- Supervise CNAs and QMAs during your shift
- Coordinate resident care and daily assignments
- Maintain accurate resident documentation
- Promote a safe, resident-centered environment
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Indiana LPN license (valid and active)
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Passion for senior care
