Your Role on the Team:
You won't be stuck behind a desk. As a Service Tech, you are the face of our Rives Junction location:
- Install & Repair: Set up propane tanks and ensure everything from the tank to the equipment is leak-free and safe.
- Problem Solve: Identify issues on-site and fix them right the first time.
- Cross-Train: Learn the ropes of bobtail truck deliveries to keep our customers fueled up.
- Stay Connected: Use proactive communication with our Service Manager and CSRs to keep the day running smoothly.
- Be the Hero: Respond to customer emergencies and participate in a rotating "on-call" schedule.
What We’re Looking For:
You don't need a decade of experience—you just need the right drive.
- Mechanical Aptitude: You like fixing things and working with your hands.
- Work Ethic: You’re reliable, "safety-first" minded, and ready to hustle.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Licensing: A CDL (Class A or B) with Hazmat is a plus, but if you’re the right fit, we are willing to train and help you get licensed.
- Background: 2–3 years in HVAC or Propane is great, but not required for the right candidate.
