Richboro Veterinary Hospital is looking for a CSR (Customer Service Representative) or Front Desk Receptionist. We are a busy small 2.5 doctor animal practice.
We strive for amazing client service, while maintaining great work environment as well.
We are looking for applicants with the following:
1) Knowledge and experience with Cornerstone, ideally, or other veterinary practice management computer system
2) Experience with answering phones and working through scheduling/problems effectively and in a friendly demeanor.
3) Works well with other staff members and helps out where necessary to make everyone's job/work life better
4) Self-driven and doesn't look for direction in order to do tasks (once settled into the job routine)

After a probationary period of (6) months:
1) Participation in 401k/retirement fund with 4% matching
2) Medical insurance.
3) 40 hours PTO annually. Increases to 80 hours after 3 years of employment.
