The Caswood Group has an immediate opening for a Licensed Practical Nurse to support a student at a local school.
We are looking for an experienced LPN comfortable working with elementary school-aged children to work every school day, starting immediately through end of June 2027. This position follows the school calendar.
1:1 LPN Job Description is as follows:

8:30am-3:30pm Monday- Friday (school days only)

Minimum of four years' experience as a LPN

Experience working with students with emotional or physical disabilities

Current NYS Nursing License, Active and in good standing

Meets professional nursing standards and pertinent local, state, and federal requirements

Federal background check, Drug screen, Agility test, Physical statement/annual health update, MMR & PPD

Strong clinical communication Skills

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and record keeping

Must possess reliable transportation and be able to travel to and from work

Must be able to sufficiently move equipment without assistance. Must be able to sustain prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and twisting. Must be able to sit and climb stairs.
