Machine Operator Days OR Night
Join our dynamic team in Rapids with competitive wages for day or night shift! We’re seeking a dedicated professionals to operate and maintain our tanks, ensure sanitation standards, and support the production of high-quality products in a fast-paced environment. Wage: $21 per hour day, or $23 per hour nights
Schedule: Rotating days on a 2-2-3, 7AM to 7PM
OR 7PM to 7AM on nights 2-2-3
What You Will Do:

Operate machinery and perform tests, recording all results accurately.

Clean and maintain work areas.

Ensure safe work practices, following written procedures for chemical handling and equipment use.

Properly record food product usage.
-
Complete shift checklists and paperwork promptly and accurately.

Maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety protocols, including forklift operation certification.

Assist with sanitation and upkeep of the work area during and after shifts.
Required Skills:

Experience with machine operation.

Knowledge of sanitation procedures and chemical handling.

Ability to perform Brix testing and record data accurately.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Certification to operate a forklift is required.
Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in food or beverage manufacturing.

Familiarity with Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems.

Previous experience with process control and quality testing.
Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Prior experience in a production or processing plant preferred.
Other Requirements:

Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing facility.

Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with physical demands such as climbing ladders and working at heights.
