Look to NewPoint as the lender of the future of Non-qm lending. As a Wholesale Account Executive, you will submit Alt Doc/Full or DSCR & Jumbo loans and get them approved for funding.
We are a new company looking to expand and individuals who join will reap the benefits of having many accounts to work with!
NewPoint supports its AEs by offering the following:1099 - 100% Commission
60% BPS per loan funded.
Personal Account Manager

Help With acquiring New Broker Accounts!
Responsibilities include:
Accepting, reviewing, broker customers loan packages
Identifying customer needs and requesting loan documents if needed
Pricing loans for brokers
Ensuring loan applications are completed accurately
Ability to close 1 million a month in loan volume
You will be given time to acquire accounts and I will personally help with your accounts, some will be provided by the company.
Qualifications:
Two years mortgage sales or sales experience
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to take initiative and grow your pipeline
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Excellent customer service skills
Track record of success in mortgage sales preferred: No NMLS License Required
