Job description:
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join us in supporting children and families in our community. We hope to have our new SLP available to start in August.

Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive assessments of speech, language, fluency, voice, AAC, feeding, and swallowing. Our SLP caseload primarily consists of speech, language, and AAC clients.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on strengths and areas of need, as well as family input.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to assist clients' language, speech, emotional, and social development.
- Educate clients and their families on treatment processes and strategies to implement at home and in the community.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care, including but not limited to communicating with PCP, Katie Beckett case management, and IEP teams.
- Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in pediatric care/strong desire to work in pediatrics.
- Neurodiversity-affirming mindset.
- Comfortable involving parents and caregivers in therapy to facilitate empowerment and home practice.
