JOB SUMMARY
· An Assembler utilizes company supplied Bills of Material (BOMs) and Drawings to clean, assemble, and package various components for pipe assemblies
· Is available to be used in other departments depending on work load and need
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
· Arrives at work on time, clocks in on the correct job, and is prepared to begin working at the start of shift
· Completes tasks assigned by Assembly Lead in a timely manner.
· Checks work for quality issues including fabrication, paint, and assembly
OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Keeps work area clean
· Empties trash cans at the end of every shift
· Makes sure that all time is being charged to the correct job by clocking into corresponding BOM correctly
· Notifies Assembly Lead of ideas to continuously improve any and all areas of the manufacturing process
· Follows all company, DEQ and OSHA rules and regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
· Pass pre-employment/random drug screens
REQUIREMENT
· Must be site trained in overhead crane & forklift usage
· Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
· Basic hand tools and toolbox are a plus but not required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
· Ability to lift 50-95 lbs.
· Ability to stand, climb, twist and bend during scheduled shift
