About the Role
As a Manufacturing Floor Supervisor, you will provide frontline leadership to drive production efficiency, safety, and quality standards across our processing and packaging lines. You will play a pivotal role in developing high-performing teams, optimizing daily workflows, and ensuring all operational KPIs are met through proactive coaching and technical oversight.
Responsibilities-
Direct daily production workflows, adjusting staffing and line assignments to maximize output and meet operational targets.

Lead and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Troubleshoot equipment and process bottlenecks, collaborating with maintenance and leadership to minimize downtime.

Maintain an audit-ready environment by strictly enforcing GMPs, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards.

Oversee accurate documentation, including batch records, quality logs, and ERP system entries to ensure data integrity.

Monitor raw material usage, waste, and yield performance, implementing corrective actions to optimize production efficiency.

Facilitate training programs to ensure all operators are proficient in equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality standards.

3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing, with a strong background in supervisory roles.

Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Comprehensive knowledge of GMPs, food safety systems, and regulatory audit requirements.

Proficiency with ERP systems, production reporting, and inventory control processes.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S or root cause analysis.

Technical familiarity with snack food processing or high-speed packaging equipment.
