Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities/Maintenance Person to join our team. The Facilities/Maintenance Person will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities. This role requires a base line understanding of building mechanics, and the ability to work independently.
Duties:
- ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct/troubleshoot electrical/carpentry/plumbing issues.
- Ensure a safe work environment adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform minor facilities tasks as needed for repairs.
- Execute facility carpentry/painting projects to upkeep the appearance of our facilities.

Skills:
- Proficiency in day to day maintenance activities.
- Base knowledge of electrical /plumbing/carpentry repairs.
- Ability/comfort to learn motorized court sweeper
