We are in need for a onsite technician for Cedar Hill, TX to cover Amazon location
- Dates Needed ongoing
- Time Slot: 2nd shift 6PM to 4:30 AM - Monday - Friday 10 hours a day
- Technician will train up with for a weeks time during 1st shift coverage then transition to 2nd shift coverage. This technician will NOT have access to Service NOW. They are basically there to provide assistance with area's below.
- Purpose:
- To provide level 1 assistance with hardware.
- Checking pack station connections
- Printers: Clearing jams, resetting printers, loading labels when needed, PM of printers \ cleaningSkills: Familiar with basic trouble shooting, Zebra class label printers, Zebra RF Scanners, laser printers, PC's, Ubuntu & Windows OS
