What you’ll do
- Perform commercial truck tire installations, and repairs with precision and care
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tire service tasks
- Diagnose automotive issues related to tires and provide solutions to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding tire selection, maintenance, and services
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless workflow in the service area
Basic qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in tire repair
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely as part of daily tasks
Preferred qualifications
- Previous tire service technician experience
- Experience mounting 19.5, 22.5, and 24.5 size truck tires.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
- Sales experience is a plus, helping customers make informed decisions
