Delights de France is a growing Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company bringing premium European food products to major U.S. retailers, including grocery, club, specialty, and mass market.We're looking for a highly organized, energetic professional who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and wants to help build a growing business. This position combines business operations, project coordination, marketing support, and special projects. No two days are the same.What You'll Do
- Coordinate retailer and distributor onboarding
- Manage product setup forms and retailer portals
- Maintain GS1 product data and item information
- Track projects, deadlines, and follow-up
- Create PowerPoint presentations and sales materials
- Update website and marketing content
- Assist with social media and trade show preparation
- Research retailers, competitors, and market trends
- Support product launches and cross-functional projects
What We're Looking For
Required
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
Preferred
- Marketing or project coordination experience
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), grocery, food, retail, or manufacturing experience
- Experience with website management, GS1, or retailer portals
- Additional languages are a strong plus
