Job Summary
A+ Towing is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our team. With a staff of approximately 30 employees, we are looking for an individual who can effectively manage incoming calls, coordinate service requests, and support daily office operations. Full time 9:00 am - 6:00 pm M-F.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
- Data entry of information into dispatching software via Chrome browser
- Dispatch drivers efficiently while prioritizing customer needs and response times
- Enter and manage data (Towbook, IAA, Copart, AAA, etc.)
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with the release of impounded vehicles to customers
- Perform general clerical and administrative tasks
- Support invoice follow-ups and collections
- Utilize Windows-based systems and Google Workspace tools
Qualifications and Skills
- Dispatching or call center experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Oregon geography and strong familiarity with Google Maps
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable with strong integrity and professionalism
