Location: The Nash Casino - 310 Daniel Webster Highway - Nashua, NH
Hours: Full-time - Flexible Variable Hours (1st shift/swing shift/late-night shift) with Weekends and Holiday's required
Job Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee all daily gaming audits and ensure completion of required audit checklists with a comprehensive understanding of each audit process
- Assist in the preparation and completion of the Monthly Financial Report (MFR) with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain working knowledge of New Hampshire Lottery regulations and applicable federal and state laws; support inquiries and requests from regulatory bodies and external auditors
- Collaboratively partner with the Director of Revenue Audit to ensure timely progression toward month-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and resolution of variances
- Support the training, development, and performance of Revenue Auditors to ensure departmental goals, accuracy standards, and timelines are consistently met
- Collaborate with leadership on staff scheduling, workload planning, and cross-training to build a flexible and effective audit team
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build trust, foster collaboration, and positively influence team performance
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with other departments to research and resolve discrepancies or operational issues
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Quickly learn and adapt to new systems, applications, and processes as required
- Assist in training and mentoring other Auditing team members
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to obtain and maintain a New Hampshire Lottery License
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Revenue Audit Supervisor or similar leadership role within gaming or related industry
- Strong computer proficiency, including intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to analyze data and generate reports from multiple gaming systems
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to be flexible with working some weekend days, as well as staying later some days, especially during training and month-end.

- Must be able to move in and around the entire facility throughout the entire workday.
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to answer all inquiries and provide assistance and information in a professional and accurate manner.
- Must be able to access and interpret information on computer screens.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist, balance, and work the entire property; to include the ability to tolerate changes in temperature.
- Must be able to work in an environment where smoking is permitted and can be loud with guest chatter, overhead music, and live entertainment.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and respond to visual and aural cues.
- Requires the ability to distinguish letters or symbols and eye hand coordination.
