What You’ll Do:
- Greet every customer with a friendly and professional attitude
- Promote and sell Glide Xpress memberships and special offers
- Clearly explain membership benefits and pricing
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns
- Track and report daily sales activity
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional site appearance
- Work outdoors and stay on your feet for extended periods
- Collaborate with your team to achieve overall site goals
Who We’re Looking For:
- Positive, confident, and people-focused
- Enjoys outdoor work and staying active
- Motivated by goals and excited about sales
- Eager to learn and grow
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Clean, professional appearance and punctual reliability
Schedule & Availability:
- Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
