Auto Trim Plus Graphic Sign & Design is looking for an entry-level Window Tint Apprentice to join our Prescott shop.
No tint experience is required. We are willing to train the right person from the ground up. This is a good fit for someone who likes cars, hands-on work, clean detail work, and wants to learn a real trade in the automotive graphics and window film industry.
What you’ll learn:
- Automotive window tint prep and installation
- Glass cleaning and contamination control
- Film handling, cutting, shrinking, and squeegee techniques
- Shop workflow and customer vehicle care
- Paint protection, wraps, graphics, and other services over time
Good fit if you are:
- Reliable and on time

- Patient and willing to practice
- Good with your hands
- Coachable and able to take correction
- Interested in cars, tint, wraps, graphics, or hands-on trades
Starting duties:
- Cleaning and prepping vehicles
- Helping installers
- Organizing tools and materials
- Practicing tint techniques
- Learning shop standards
This is not a quick “easy money” job. It is a trade. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company, build real skill over time, and take pride in learning the craft. As your skills, reliability, and value to the shop grow, there will be opportunities for wage growth and advancement within the company.
