Job Title: Temporary Associate Supervisor
Job Type: Temp to Hire | Full-Time
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm
- 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 3pm to 11pm
- 3rd Shift: Monday through Friday, 11pm to 7am
About the Role:
We are seeking Temporary Associate Supervisors to support daily operations by coordinating and guiding a team of approximately 50 temporary associates. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring tasks assigned by management are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support a team of ~50 temporary associates during daily operations.
- Communicate and reinforce directives provided by upper management.
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed correctly and on schedule.
- Provide on-the-floor guidance, answering questions and offering support to associates.
- Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Serve as a liaison between associates and leadership.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a lead, coordinator, or supervisory support role preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and support team members.
- Dependable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
