Duties

- Assist in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes or improvements.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages or needs.
- Support the dietary department by preparing meals that meet specific dietary requirements when necessary.
- Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with meal preparation processes and dietary aide responsibilities is preferred.
