Full job description
Nazareth is seeking full-time licensed mental health therapists to join our outpatient team serving our Salisbury and Lexington offices.
Outpatient Services serves adults and children in an outpatient setting. Duties included:
- Completing intake and assessments in a timely manner and developing appropriate treatment plans.
- Completing individual and group therapy using appropriate modalities.
- Ability to assess and diagnose Behavioral Health conditions.
- Ability to provide service impartially to diverse populations.
- Completing all required documentation in a timely manner.
Education
- Clinical master’s degree such as Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution
Licensure/Certification
- Licensed as a LCSW, LCSWA, LMHC, LMHCA, LCAS, LCASA, LMFT, or LMFTA in North Carolina
