Elementary Teacher
Selkirk School District is seeking a dedicated elementary
teacher to join our team. The specific grade level or assign-
ment will be determined based on the qualifications and
strengths of the successful candidate.
Educators who choose Selkirk often express a high level of
satisfaction with both their teaching experience and the
quality of life in our close-knit community. Like any small
town, Selkirk has its unique advantages and challenges—but
one of our greatest endorsements is that nearly every teach-
er on staff has had their own children graduate from our
schools, reflecting the deep trust and value placed in a Sel-
kirk education.
Selkirk Elementary is proud of its strong track record of aca-
demic achievement and remains committed to providing a
challenging and engaging learning environment. We encour-
age our teachers to continuously enhance instructional prac-
tices and create enriching opportunities for all students. Sel-
kirk Elementary operates as a Title I Schoolwide Program
and classroom teachers have ownership in designing MTSS
Tier 1 and Tier 2 student interventions.
