Duties
- Operate our FLEX system to track inventory levels, process orders, and update records accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare show packing loads with precision using manual methods and pallet jacks.
- Load and unload shipments efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct stocking activities and organize products on shelves or pallets for easy access and inventory control.
- Manage shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, verifying shipment details, and coordinating with carriers for timely deliveries.
- Perform data entry tasks related to inventory management, order processing, and shipment documentation to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation to maintain optimal stock levels in compliance with trade regulations and company policies.
Skills
- Proficiency in FLEX inventory management systems.
- Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and logistics operations.
- Basic math skills for counting items, measuring quantities, and calculating weights or dimensions accurately.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment safely; forklift certification is preferred.
- Excellent data entry skills combined with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Customer service orientation to support internal and external teams effectively.
- Experience in entertainment industry warehousing is a plus!
