About the Role:
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you’ll be the friendly face and upbeat personality that makes every guest’s experience memorable. You’ll greet customers warmly, take and process orders, keep the dining area inviting, and ensure everyone leaves happy. This role is perfect for someone who loves great pizza, great people, and great energy.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet every guest in a warm, friendly, and genuine way.
Take customer orders accurately — in person and over the phone.
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience.
Operate the register and handle transactions efficiently.
Run food orders to guests and ensure timely, correct delivery.
Check in with guests during their meal and anticipate their needs.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, front counter, and beverage stations.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other team members to keep service smooth and fun.
