Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and reliable In-Home ABA Therapists to work one-on-one with clients in their homes. You will implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home
- Follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect and record data on client progress
- Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Communicate regularly with supervisors and caregivers
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred in psychology, education, or related field)
- Experience working with children (preferred)
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
