Job Description:
A well-established and growing repossession company is seeking Yard Attendants to join our team. This role is essential to our operations, ensuring the proper handling, inventory, and storage of personal property found inside repossessed vehicles. Additional responsibilities include assisting with lot inventory, vehicle transportation, and the proper disposal of personal items.
We are looking for dedicated, detail-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic and integrity. Yard Attendants play a crucial role in our success, and we are committed to finding the best talent in the industry.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay Rate Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, day shift with flexible hours

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors for the full shift in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High level of honesty and integrity
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Basic computer skills (Internet, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Car enthusiasts preferred
