Overview
Looking for an EXPERIENCED sushi chef to work on the month of July, $25 per hour. That's right, $25 per hour, but in the case you need to know what you are doing. We are hiring highly experienced sushi chef only.
Responsibilities
- Break down fish, preparing ingredients and make sushi rolls/nigiri.
Requirements
- Can cut sushi rolls evenly, and place ingredients evenly
- Can cut sushi rolls with a 90 degree angle
- Can make nigiris without having them roll around on the plates
- Having good memory
