Our growing independent insurance agency is hiring a Junior CSR / Producer-Track team member to support our sales operation while developing into a licensed insurance producer over the next 6-12 months.
This is not a long-term admin role.
We are specifically looking for someone who wants to build a career in sales, learn the insurance business, and eventually produce their own book of business inside a structured, growth-oriented agency environment.
You do NOT need prior insurance experience.

This role starts on the operational side of the agency:
- Lead intake
- Client communication
- Document collection
- Processing and workflow support
- Quote preparation support
- Follow-up coordination
As you ramp up:
- You’ll begin quote training
- Complete your 2-20 license
- Learn carrier appetite and underwriting
- Transition toward producer responsibilities and compensation
We are intentionally building a bench of future producers — not just filling seats.

Compensation:
- $20-$22/hour starting pay
- Transition to producer compensation structure within the first year based on performance and licensing progress
- Six-figure income potential once fully ramped
