Lead a multi-talented team
Under the leadership of the General Manager, you will manage the daily operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant. With specific focus on training and scheduling. All of which will help build and retain a 5 star team.
You will support the GM providing coaching and development to the team. Your GM will look to you to provide a fun and inviting environment.
You will be responsible for inventory and ordering.
You will need to be able to stand for long periods of time.
