We’re hiring a Driver Operations Coordinator to support a team of professional drivers and help keep freight moving safely and on time. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for a group of drivers, helping coordinate schedules, monitor shipments, and resolve issues quickly to keep freight moving safely and on time.

Schedule:
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Sunday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Monday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for a group of drivers, providing daily communication and support.
- Monitor driver schedules and deliveries to ensure freight moves on time and safely.
- Coordinate driver home time, schedules, and time-off requests.
- Work closely with dispatch, planning, and maintenance teams.
- Help resolve delivery delays or operational issues quickly.
- Maintain driver records and update company systems.
- Ensure drivers complete required paperwork and follow company procedures.
- Support safety and compliance efforts.
- Build strong relationships with drivers through regular communication and check-ins.

What we're looking for:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Comfortable working with computer systems and tracking information.
- Experience in transportation or logistics, dispatch or fleet operations, or in customer service/call center roles.
- Knowledge and experience in data entry, Microsoft Office, and general computer tasks.
- High school diploma or GED.
