Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations in a school setting
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals
- Provide direct therapy and intervention services to students, both individually and in group sessions
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other support professionals to ensure student progress and success
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and federal regulations
