Receptionist – Join Our Pet Care Team!
Do you love dogs and enjoy working with people? We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and friendly candidate to join our team!
As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for both pets and their owners.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from pet owners (no cold calling)
- Check dogs, cats and other small animals in and out for services
- Schedule boarding, daycare, and bathing appointments
- Assist with cleaning checklists and facility cleaning tasks
- Provide excellent customer service and support the daily operations of the business
- Support our kennel techs with feeding and administering medications (NO injections)
- Closing procedures and safety checks
