Environmental Construction, Inc. is a leading general engineering contractor operating since 1986. Environmental Construction, Inc. is engaged in building public works projects in Southern California. We specialize in public works construction with a focus on the following markets: (1) Water/Wastewater Improvements, (2) Athletic Complexes & Fields, (3) Parks & Recreation, (4) Site Improvements, and (5) Landfill Gas Collection & Control. ECI is presently seeking full-time, experienced construction schedulers to develop and maintain construction schedules for our ongoing projects. Site visits to our projects will be required to understand the project scope of work and assist in defining the construction schedule.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules (resource and cost loaded), identifying relationships, lags, constraints, and milestones.
- Interpret and read detailed construction drawings to develop a clear understanding of the work scope.
- Visit the construction sites as needed to check on weekly/monthly schedule progress.
- Prepare Time Impact Analysis for any delays and change orders that arise.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction scheduling experience, preferably in public works.
- Experienced Primavera P6, Oracle Cloud, and Microsoft Project are required.
- Solid computer skills, with working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Project, Excel, and Word.
